Smart group focused on customer service and fixing cars. Not feeding you lines of crap. The prices are great. I work on cars so I am picky when I need to have services done because I don't have time. This is the place.
These people are great!! I needed to get my car inspected and the shop where I had made my appt didn't have any stickers. So I went to another shop and they didn't have anyone there that could do inspections. I thought to my self really on a Saturday. So the company I work for has an account with Sullivan's so I thought I would give them try. They were pretty busy but were able to fit me in. I had a little wait but not a big deal without an appt. I have not been there in awhile since my new car came with maintenance. The front counter people were all changed and I did not feel welcomed. I use to be there every month and always felt welcomed and well taken care of. Not the place I know which would have gotten a 5 previously. Needs customer service training.
I got a flat tire while on a business trip in the area. Since AAA was not able to fix my tire, I had my car towed here. Since I am not from the area, I did not know where to go but I was very lucky to find Sullivan tires! They really turned my bad day around with their very friendly customer service staff and quick service. I would definitely recommend them.
These guys always take care of me. Good work, fair prices and they won't sell you things just to jack up the bill.
As I brush the snow off my car this morning it reminded me that I needed to say thank you again. Can't say how much I love this place!! On Friday I dropped my car for an oil change. I live a short walk from the shop but due to the snow, it would have been a treacherous walk. I called for a pick up and the driver wasn't there so a gentleman from the front desk came right over to pick me up.
