as of late, I have noticed the counter help cutting off customers or talking over them. It has happened to me as well. Walking in, I have been interrupted enough times to side track me forgetting why I came by for a concern. Being a "fan" for many years, this aspect has taken place within last 2-3 years.

RecommendedHad an appointment to drop my car off for an inspection today. Went to drop off and asked for a ride. They asked when I needed to be to work by and I said I had about a half hour. They completed my inspection and got me out the door and to work on time! No trip back later to pick up! Thanks!
Arrived for 1pm appointment to have tires out on truck. Here it is 130pm and truck is still in parking lot. Had bad experience before and should have listened to my gut and went elsewhere. Starting off not good again. Ughhh.
dont go here if your a female. my wife went for an oil change and the vehicle came back out making a sound it never has before, i brought it back and they tried to tell her and me it needs an ac compressor because it has play in the bearings. so i played along and brough it to my buddy who is a real mechanic and him and i went thru the engine compartment and he told me that the ac compressor is supposed to be like that however the water pumps bearings are shot. ok so hes fixing that. but once i called the store to mention it... read more
Never shop here! Ordered 4 tires had a discount online which is why I went there. When I go in they say don't know anything at the time I didn't have my confirmation number. Need the tires so go ahead. When I go back to pick it up I have the proof of the discount, it's on their website and they won't honor it. Stood and argued with 5 of the employees and they don't honor their sale. This is a dishonorable place of business. In the past they "find" issues where there isn't any. Will not shop here ever again.
I’ve been bringing my cars to the Nashua and Manchester shops. Reasonable prices, great service and appreciative of the free courtesy shuttle!
So than this happened. Sent the wife to the appointment that we made but she still had to wait 30 min. before they started. They than came in 45 min. later ( on one tire ) to tell her we need a cabin filter and an air filter. She kindly told them that I take care of all the maintenance and will change them on the next oil change which I did today. I found that the cabin filter was no longer in the car.
