We are by appointment only, we require all new patients to bring in medical records regarding the Diagnosis they wish to be seen for from a Primary Doctor, Chiropractor, Physical Therapist,etc. A VALID California Driver's License or a D.M.V. Identification Card, and a list of Current Medications(Prescription or Over the Counter). Our New Patient fee is $ 140.00, and returning Denney or Sullivan patients are $ 80.00. Dr. Sullivan is a True Professional. Very through and Friendly, he answered my questions and concerns. His Office staff is equally Professional and Friendly. NOT ONE OF THOSE FLY-BY-NIGHT QUACKS !!! If you are a Legitimate Patient, then go see him, if not go somewhere else and a take your chances.
