Avoid getting scam,I got my deposit ripped off from this Apartment, take before & After you moved out. This management took 95% of my deposit for just Reg wear & tear unnecessary to repaint the whole apartment including the ceiling and just living for a year. And watch out for Roaches!!!!

Be aware. This is the worst property management company. There’s a guy Marco Vartanian who is the worst of them all. He just wants to collect the 6% management fee. For owners and tenants, you are better off at a legit company. They need to be closed down.
Do not work with this Company! This company will be more than happy to rip you off by having you submit your application for rental property that is already rented by someone else! I was one of the victims to faced this! They are desperate enough to rip others to support them selves! You will 100% regret for dealing with these Jokes! Avoid and stay away as far as you can!
