Owner is incredibly racist. Compares Asian people to Ho Chi Minh. Really sad people like this still exist.
I gave 1 star because I couldn t give 0. Worst, scummiest slumlord in all of Lewiston. Really saying something right there because Lewiston/Auburn is a dump. Every one of his properties has bed bugs and is not kept up with, filled with cockroaches and other insects, filthy business practices and manipulative personality (Joe Dunn), I would never ever use this company or Joe Dunn to find a place to live because of the association between the two. Do not rent from these people! Joe Dunne is one of the worst landlords in the Lewiston area. He lets his apartment buildings rot and decay and does nothing to fix them. They are infested with #\$%\$ roaches and bed bugs. My family and I lived in one of his apartments for 6 months and we didn t have a set of keys or properly working door until 2 days before he served us with an eviction notice. I have nothing nice to say... he rents to a lot of horrible people, he dont keep up with any of his places. dumps he rents... best advice i could give anyone is never rent from this place...
