I recently had a terrible experience before even moving into this complex. After touring Sullivan’s Place, I decided to put in my application for a unit I was interested in. My application got accepted and I paid a security deposit to hold the unit until my move-in date. 30 days before my move-in date, I received orders for a permanent change of station and had to cancel my application. RecommendedI love living at Sullivan Place, whenever I bring I guess they are amazed by the building and how my apartment Looks. The customer service here is impeccable, anytime I have a service request it is done quickly and promptly. The front desk staff is amazing and friendly and you always be greeted with a smile. Jay is always willing to go out of her way to help and keep a smile on my face. As long as she’s not with a guest she will stop what she’s doing and tend to the customers needs. There is no parking, they say you can't have Pit Bull dogs and there are many Pit Bull dogs and they don't clean up - irresponsible pet owners
Best community in Alexandria, VA. Can't beat these amenities and the staff is wonderful!
