Didn't arrive with what was needed for the job but, charged for the job being complete. Repairman smelled of alcohol and said ''I'll be back, I'll have to go get what I need.'' 5 years later, haven't seen him and was billed. BBB complaint filed.
Shady business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. Everyone you come in contact with are so professional and gracious. The technicians are very knowledgable, careful, neat (how many people work on your house and clean up the mess.....I think they leave it cleaner than when they arrive!) They problem solve on the fly.....and very creatively when needed. Would NEVER call anyone else. Prices are reasonable...especially since the techs are so efficient.
