If a loved ones dies, take them somewhere where people will care for them with love and compassion, as well as help the family ease the stress and grief of losing a loved one. This place is not the place to choose for funerals. The owner likes to yell at people who are grieving, and make the entire process harder on families. 10/10 would not recommend.

Everyone should make a plan in case of a sudden loss. Sullivan should be avoided at all costs. It is privately owned and operated, which should be a good thing. However, Mark, the owner, has demonstrated very poor customer service. I have first-hand seen him yelling and arguing with family members who were grieving the loss of a loved one. Very inappropriate. There should be no forgiveness for that.
Rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional.

RecommendedIf I can give a 10 stars ⭐️ I would This place been amazing The staff is so friendly and helpful The owner is so kind We lost our father and they grieve with us too. Their Service is exceptionally. It is more likely a family helping each other instead of doing business. Mellisa is so wonderful so wonderful. I can’t find words to describe her. More than amazing. We just want to express our thankfulness to them all!!!!
If I could I'd give them a no star my mom passed away monday and they have been calling ever since to see if we got the money up for them all they are is money hungry my mom didn't have life insurance and we found a niceer funeral home in Bradford that would help and let us also make payments but the only thing is that this funeral home is make us pay 600 just to have her transfer and after today they will be making us do a holding fee not everyone is rich and has money

That is not true. We were not requiring $600 to do the transfer at first. Those were their charges. But as of now our charges will be per our General Price List. We are not a bank and cannot offer payment plans. That violates the federal truth in lending act. Again, we cannot render services for free. You had an opportunity to freely discuss your financial issue and let us know what you could do but did not. So that is when we suggested you find a company that fits your need.
I dont know how to explain it. indont know yall well. but uownyslk handled the situation with my mom yall killed it. well maybe wrong words. yall was ridiculously professional along with the perfect mixture of personal. I love yall and my dad absolutely loves yall. thank yall fornwhat you do and the services yall provide.
Wonderful staff that is ready to help and comfort as much as possible in your most needed times. they go above and beyond to make the process go by as smooth and rememberable as possible. My aunts service was beautiful and professional.
Mark, I can’t tell you enough how much you helped us in one of the worst times of our lives,I will always be grateful for your help, service, and dedication to my family in our time of sorrow and need.
