Mark was very rude and hateful. The other guy (can't remember his name) was very sweet considerate and caring. but Mark was not! every word i heard from him was hateful and rude he acted as if he was inconvenienced by us being there. how could someone deal with grieving families and be so uncaring!
From the first phone call, Melissa and the team at Sullivan’s were amazing. Everything was handled very professionally and we felt as if they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Our experience with Mark was one that I would never wish on another family , especially in a time of grief. He is unprofessional, unethical, and rude. He may be able to provide decent customer service once in a while, but he has an explosive temper and does not hesitate to lie to cover up his own errors. And now he has personally attacked me and other members of my family on social media for leaving an honest review regarding our experience. They were very professional with my siblings and I, even worked with us on a shoestring budget. There was only one error but was corrected. I would absolutely recommend them to others as well use them again.
We received such good care upon my Dad's passing, and they were very caring & thorough at explaining the options during the planning process.

Please take your service somewhere that actually shows compassion during a time of loss. This is not the place. Had a horrible experience the whole time which made the stressful situation even more stressful. Mark Sullivan showed absolutely no compassion or professionalism during any of our encounters. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
