Sullivan Consultants was recommended by a friend 15 years ago and did the inspection on my home. I am now buying an investment property and looked up my old paperwork so I could use them again. Eugene is honest, helpful and professional. I would definitely use again and absolutely recommend.
Eugene has inspected 2 homes for me, and will be doing a 3rd shortly. I was going to purchase a condo in Jersey City, until Eugene found out they were concealing a leaky oil tank and loose electrical wires in the basement. Eugene is both thorough and professional. He even talks you through what he's doing as he's doing it.
I have used Sullivan Consultants and also have recommended them for years with no issues. They are a very professional organization and pay attention to every detail when completing a home inspection...so if you want peace of mind when making a Real Estate purchase, I suggest using these guys.
We hired Sullivan Consultants twice for two home inspections- and paid higher than normal rates for the home inspection. There are plenty of Home inspectors available in the area at a much better price and service. I work in Jersey city and so many people at work are constantly buying /selling properties and thats where we discuss and realize market prices and services.
