I recently had my roof replaced, and they were so incredibly considerate, thorough, and neat. I would recommend Sullivan Builders to anyone- Ben Sullivan is a very kind person. In this day, that goes a very long way.
Honest companjy
We discovered this while we were having new gutters installed. The gutter company and two separate roofing contractors advised the facia was done incorrectly. We had Sullivan's repair and wrap the facia when we had them re-shingle the roof. Sullivan's advised they would fix it but all they did was make excuse after excuse. They even stopped returning calls. I had to use my neighbor's phone to call them 2 months later. He then advised that he was not going to do the work and hung up.
We had Sullivan Builders put a new roof on our house, and were very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. Ben is very knowledgeable and was helpful through the whole process. His employees are outstanding. Excellent work, and very respectful of our property, taking care to protect everything while they worked.
