Half the procedures done at this center need to be redone. Whether it's a clip placed through uncomfortable surgery or a painful mammogram, rarely do things go smoothly. Also, they have NOT invested in the SmartCurve 3D tomographic machine, so they force you to endure unnecessary pain in an already degrading test. Then they are likely to tell you it has to be done again. This was one of the most dehumanizing experiences I’ve had. I am a wheelchair user and I was treated as an inconvenience at best. They refused to allow my caretaker to push my chair back stating they would do it, but then ran me into doorways and walls. They insisted that the arms of my wheelchair needed to come off but didn’t know how to do it and again wouldn’t allow my caretaker to do it. Dr. Razavi at this Center mangled my breast during a biopsy. It has caused me pain for over a year. I will never trust her again.
