We needed help to secure a special exception from the DC Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA). I can't say enough good things about Sullivan & Barros, which handled a request for a DC Zoning exemption that I needed to construct a modest backyard porch. They handled each step of the process, while clearly explaining what I needed to do--which ultimately was very little. It was wonderful to work with experts in their field who were also transparent, clear and kind throughout the process. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
