Politically correct color scheme!? No Aces colors to support the biggest draw in the arena!! No colors to support the local college team!!! Yellow vests that are supposed to keep people aware and not let them walk the aisles during hockey game and dont! Let drunk beligerant ass hats keep on drinking!! Ban confetti due to drunk beligerant idiots!!! SMDH!! Most of the staff are very friendly.
It was just Great!!! I have been here only one other time years ago and it really is a lot bigger then I imagined!
Seats are padded and very comfy
I was quite excited about seeing Kevin Hart. When I approached the doors, I saw the signs that read, "no cell phones, texting,tweeting, talking, cameras, recording devices of any kind DURING the show or you will be ejected”. I understood those signs as it made complete sense. However, as I was sitting in my seat and had my cell phone on my leg; mind you, I was there quite early, I was told to put my phone away. Staff was friendly and helpful but concessions was the most disorganized mess I have ever seen. After placing my order I was asked to stand at the side and wait while people ordering behind me received their orders right away. 35 minutes to get chicken strips and a hot dog.
