Wonderful experience even with Covid 19 pandemic precautions in place!! Friendly, helpful staff and very considerate of patients time, plus monitoring flow in and out of office to limit patient interaction for exposure!! Dr Trey was and amazing help with a minor eye injury and very helpful getting my eyes back on track with fast new prescription wear after my injury.
Extremely patient staff and doctors, and also very detailed with the exam. They’ve done a great job, both with me and my daughter.

I have taken my son to Dr. Trey for the last 7 years. From glasses to contacts I can't express how much we love him. My son has an astigmatism and contacts can be a challenge to find just the right fit. Dr. Trey wants him to have the best vision he can and works and tries different things until my son can see great! He really listens to him and keeps digging to he has the perfect lens. My husband and I had a great experience with the exam and Dr. Trey was awesome. I ordered contacts a month ago and still haven't received them! I've called multiple times only to be told the contacts will be in in few days! My husband and I both ordered contacts, his came in a two days!! Someone clearly has dropped the ball and is not telling me the truth when I call. The last time I called which was Thursday, June 28th, I asked is it normal to take so long? Wonderful staff! Great atmosphere! You just don't find everywhere! The doctors are super friendly! We love them!
My wife and I went there spent a bunch of money on two pair of glasses. I went back about four months later to let them know that I could not see any better than before in fact I had a pair of dollar store glasses that I could see 100% better with. After about ten minutes they said they have no records of me ever being there. My wife yes me know. We went the same day. So that tells me that they lose paper work very easy are they don't back up there work. I would not recommend this place.
