This company has has gone so far down hill, they can only keep those past 5 years or convicts. Yes, convicted Felons work beside you even though security screening is done. Job descriptions are not correct. They expect you to do other people's work no matter what you are hired to do. The HR department has too much power and uses it for both good and bad without written review. You don't get your pay and entitlements earned on time or at all in some instances.
