Dr. Sulkowski has been my primary care provider for around 20 years. In that time-span, I've only been to his office maybe 5-10 times, the last time being in 2023. I called this morning to make an appointment and I was told by the receptionist that they're not taking new patients. I told her that I wasn't a new patient. I wish the lady said her name when she answered the phone. Cutting someone off mid sentence because what you have to say is more important is extremely disrespectful. In the same instance, your sharp and distasteful tone is not something that should be answering a phone. I called to ask which day I should come in to get blood drawn to review at my appointment on Friday. The younger lady at the front desk doesn't have any idea what she's doing and the old lady is rude and condescending. My experiencr here was terrible for too many reasons to count.
