I’m so happy to see Michelle back at Suki’s! I hadn’t had a haircut since January because I didn’t want anyone else touching it—Michelle is simply irreplaceable. My wife mistakenly booked an appt for my daughter’s hair to be cut at the Vancouver salon and when she showed up in Victoria whoever was there was quite rude. She said this happens often, well if that’s the case maybe the people answering the phones should specify that and if it does happen maybe show some empathy vs just blowing them off. My wife sat in the parking lot for 15 mins trying to find another place meanwhile nobody was in the salon and it probably could have been done at that time.
