Samantha is exceptional! I’ve been to both Vancouver and Victoria locations. I’ve had a few others do my hair and always with care and expertise. With Samantha, I show up and ask her to do what she feels is best. She’s a gem!!

Super sweet and did my hair really well! I was scared of my hair getting damaged or turning out ugly but Samantha reassured me and was very confident with my hair! At first I was skeptical and didn’t know how to feel about my hair (probably just wasn’t used to it) but now I am getting more used to it and I really like it and my friends think its gorgeous too!
I’m so happy with my haircut here and sepesially with Samantha! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the style I was looking for. The cut is clean, easy to style, and suits me perfectly. She was professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Went in looking a bit bedraggled, and came out with a great colour and cut. Felt like a million bucks. Wonderful shampoo and scalp massage.
