My daughter fractured her wrist. I keep being told her referral for orthopedic specialist was sent but children’s is saying it should have been sent urgent. They have known since Monday The doctor is out until March so I don’t know who is handling the patients but it isn’t being taken care of the way it should be.
The office is very outdated and small, one of the nurses is very cold and rushes through the weighing and measuring of my baby. The front receptionist lady is very nice and friendly! Dr. Kaur sits behind the front desk lady and takes her time to come and see my baby; we often spend about 20 - 30 minutes before she comes and sees us. She is always gentle with my children. She is very passionate in what she does for all children. Thank you Dr. Kaur for always making our visits awesome.
She's the worst cold rude and so much more don't recommend at all she didn't take her time at all didn't explain things calmly didn't even let me talk and ask her all my ?s or concerns that I had she's just so bad
Is really not a good doctor! Spent almost an hour in the waiting room which was quite dirty, cold, and had nothing for the kids to entertain themselves with. She seemed very cold and rude and she only spent about a minute speaking to us. Didn't address any of my questions, and didn't she didn't take time to diagnose my daughter. My daughter had severe stomach pains and she just prescribed ibuprofen. Took her to the hospital and turns out she had a badder infection.
This office was absolutely horrid. Waiting room had nothing for children to play with, and the reception was cold and rude. The nurse taking their measurements left me uneasy with an odd passing comment on my child's head size with no explanation. The Dr barely saw or spoke to us, explained absolutely NOTHING about what she planned to do to my children. She asked FOUR times if my son was circumcised. Why is this relevant?! It made me uneasy. The nurse was very rough and cold giving their shots.
Spends sufficient time with you. Knowledgeable, but will refer when necessary. Can get same day appts. Small, intimate office. Nice staff, great nurses. Speedy shot-givers...over before they know it! Would recommend.
