have been a client of Dr. Burugu for several years. She is thorough, listens, allows for questions. Office calls with test results even if negative- awesome! office staff seems to be stable at this point, and respond quickly if I call and need something sent to me.
I have been seeing Dr. Burugu for several months now. She is smart, concise, and is caring. Will call you with lab/imaging results, The office staff is excellent too, they are helpful and always answer. If you want someone who is caring, experienced, passionate, and caring choose Dr. Burugu!
I wish I could give her zero stars! The most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. Her staff is unorganized and don't return calls. The wait to see the doctor during my scheduled appointment was over an hour long. During my physical, she told me she can do a pap despite my cycle but seemed disgusted. When I asked why she was doing it if she was so uncomfortable with it. She told me because of her religious beliefs, she is not supposed to touch blood and this will ruin her day. Dr. Burugu is the best doctor I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. I've consistently had issues being listened to and taken seriously and Dr. Burugu is the real deal. I came in with a huge written list of symptoms and issues and she sat through and talked to me about each one while taking notes about it. Despite that taking quite a bit of time by the end of the list she was pushing for more information to make sure we covered everything. Excellent doctor, kind and patient. Highly recommend Dr. Burugu. She is very caring and thorough. Really cares about her patients. I had multiple issues and she addressed them all with accuracy and referred me as needed to specialists. I will continue to use her as my primary doctor and lover her staff as well.
Absolutely the best !!! Went to see Dr “B”, new to the area. She was very through with her examination. Was very pleasant to speak with, addressed all my concerns . I drove all the way from Round Rock to see her , she’s awesome. The staff is very professional and pleasant as well .

I had a bad experience with this Doc. I had neck sprain and without giving simple streches, she had recommended physical therapy (Tillman therapy). He made me to do wrong exercises and my back was swollen. It's a business for this guys and they want repeated patients. She recommended wrong advice and wrong people. I had to quit my job and took a lot time to recover. We will have faith in doctors, please donot make it a business.
