I don't recommend renting with this company. I'm not sure how they have such a high rating. I would say it probably has something to do with the fact that the most recent review made by Solei B. Levin about Suite Properties was duplicated verbatim for another rental company in Birmingham about a property in Ferndale. (see photos) The staff at Suite Properties is very difficult to get a hold of, and when you do there's often miscommunication about issues. I have been renting with Suite Properties Since August of this Year, an I’ve had nothing but problem after problem with my home. It’s currently September and I still have a clogged kitchen sink that doesn’t get hot water, and a broken thermostat that doesn’t work unless the heat is sky high, after my lease is up, I will not be renting with suite properties again, their maintenance team is Lazy and unprofessional, and the people in the office don’t seem to care, I do not recommend this company to anyone, especially people wit... read more

This company is horrible n scammers they got me for my 35 dollar app fee just to tell me a thousand excuses....they say they will work with u but will give u a run around..and find any reason to denied u. Horrible.... Im going w ark property they work w u much better...
