I always have Jessica cut my hair (which is isnaly thick) and she does a great job, been working with her for years. I don't even bring pictures any more, just a vague idea of what I want and she gives me something great!
Tried to go from dark brown to blonde at this salon. I gave them multiple opportunities to back out if they couldn't do it and they said they could. Came out almost the exact same color for $120. The color looked good but it wasn't what I wanted at all. Girl didn't even offer to fix it or do highlights. I won't be getting my hair done here anymore.
