Rude 2 – I, too, found the owners, especially the wife, to be rude, defensive and generally not very helpful. Luckily, there's a UPS store nearby that's great. All things being equal, I'm big-time supportive of locally-owned businesses over the corporates, especially given that The Mail Stop is right in my neighborhood. RUDE! – I only gave a one start because there wasn't anything lower than that and I had to rate it. I had dropped off two packages on a Saturday fully expecting them not to be shipped until Monday. Diane stated that the packages wouldn't be picked up until Monday night, which was fine. On Tuesday afternoon, I decided that I would call to just make sure that the packages were picked up and there were no problems as I had printed out the shipping labels prior to dropping the packages off.
