Staff displayed a lack of professionalism. The wait period is remarkably long. If you book an appointment at 12 just know you’ll be seen at 3, wouldn’t recommend walk in. Some people are genuinely nice but most staff are just rude and unprofessional. Doctor Sugrim is an amazing doctor I will say

The receptionist displayed a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Her conduct showed a disregard for proper etiquette and attention to detail, she was very rude, provided misinformations and have no level of integrity.
