Sweet Home Food Bar was the perfect Sunday lunch stop! The shrimp poboy was absolutely divine! I have to say those were the most delicious shrimp I've EVER tasted (the breading was perfect)! We will definitely be back! Oh, and the atmosphere is fabulous!

The food is amazing and the service is incredible. You've got to try this place.
Wednesday evening wine tastings are a great opportunity to try George's creations in the kitchen. Everything is always excellent. Had lunch there recently and had the adult grilled cheese and sweet potato fries. Everything was full of flavor. Real good food. To top it off, homemade bread pudding. Wow! Really good food. Been here 3 times in 2 weeks and loved every meal. Great service with really polite people servers. Even the owners came out and said hi. Highly recommended for a restaurant in Tuscaloosa.
First time eating dinner at Sweet Home. Delicious food (filet was excellent), wonderful atmosphere and great service. Will be sure to visit again soon!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this restaurant! The menu has a variety of delicious options and is consistently good. Love the atmosphere, too. The sweet potato fries are a regular for me and I like that they use food from local farmers. They like to change things up and regularly offer new entrees as well as weekly wine tastings and other special events. George and Deb, the owners, are great and committed to bringing you the best dining experience possible. So nice to have this in T-town!
