Great outdoor space My favorite part of the community is the outdoor space. A pool with sun deck, hammocks, playground, volleyball, basketball, and even a dog park made it easy to enjoy time outside. There is even plenty of space to throw out a blanket in the grass and enjoy the day. There is also a gym, grills with tables, and a firepit. The apartment is great too. I miss this place My husband and I enjoyed living at this apartment complex for the past three years. While the property itself is getting up there in age, the units have been updated and are relatively comfortable. Sugarloaf has great amenities, like a gym, pool, basketball court, volleyball nets, and even hammocks for relaxing on sunny days. Had a great tour there I really enjoyed the on-site tour with Sadie—she showed me around the community and patiently answered all my questions. Sugarloaf is a very quiet neighborhood with ample parking, close to nature, and ideal for young professionals who have a car. There's a bus stop right on the property that goes directly to UMass and Amherst College, and the bus is free.

Great Experience My stay at Sugarloaf Estates was fantastic. The leasing office and maintenance staff always responded to my concerns quickly and efficiently. They have great amenities for their residents and I loved how quiet the area was. I will miss the area and Sugarloaf Estates as a whole!

Excellent! Sugarloaf Estates is a great apartment complex. The amenities are great and reliable, it is pet friendly, the bus is relievable (comes every 20 minutes), and the staff is friendly, patient, and reliable. Don't hesitate to rent here!

Perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our quiet and very well managed time at Sugarloaf Estates in Sunderland. There is a community garden, hammock garden, dog park, nicely landscaped pool, and an exercise room. We enjoyed seeing fireflies in on our dog walks! Highly recommend!

terrible experience After touring in November, I was told that I would have no problem getting an apartment for May-June. It’s now April and after waiting 5 months to get an apartment offer with this time frame, they had nothing. They refused to adjust the lease dates, and after explaining that we really needed these time frames, they still went on to offer us apartments that started in July, or apartments that started in May and went until August of the following year. Not great for the price My girlfriend and I recently moved in and are not very satisfied for the price they charge. First off, the leasing process was cumbersome. We had to send in our pet applications multiple times because they "never got them" when we had an email track of sending them. This was likely because we had at least 3 different leasing reps dealing with us, which shows the lack of communication.
