Everyone is great at Sugarloaf. They always give my cats the best care, and I love the email reminders to keep us on track for check-ups. Dr. Rai is the best and always up to date with the latest info on anything that happens, and my elderly cats need lots of TLC. You won't be disappointed in choosing Sugarloaf.
So thankful for the caring, professional staff at Sugarloaf!! My rescue dog is very shy with PTSD from abuse. The Sugarloaf staff takes the extra time with her to help her feel safe and relax. She was injured and they gave objective assessments and recommendations for treatment. Thank you so much, Sugarloaf for your genuine love and kindness for animals...we can all feel it and we appreciate you!
This place is amazing. I felt so comfortable leaving my dog with their loving, warm and accommodating staff. My dog is highly sensitive and doesn't do well with people but he did GREAT all thanks to their soft spoken techs and doctor. So thankful I chose this place!
Best place to take your 4 legged fur person! If your pet is more family than other humans then this is the place to take them. No other Vet will do!!
Dr. RAI is so sweet, and caring. I can't imagine going anywhere else
Moved to N. Phx 3 months ago, I took my Siamese cat to Dr Rai to try at my wits end to fix my cats inappropriate potty issue. She was so kind and understanding. Through process of elimination we found the cure, my cat is now fully potty trained and I'm one ecstatically happy fur baby mommy. Will continue to recommend this awesome clinic to others and take my babies there. The staff is awesome! Thanks guys
