This is definitely not a fear free clinic. My cat was terrified for an hour and a half. He especially did not like the choke collar they put on him. The only thing that was accomplished in an hour and a half was the cost of tests they might have to do to find out what the sores on his ears were. A swab of the ear and a culture do not work anymore or so they claim. They made a simple visit complicated, lengthy and costly.
