I will start by saying I have been sugaring since 2010 all over the country, from LA to NYC to San Francisco and this is BY FAR the worst experience of my life. The people that run this location are petty, unprofessional and have 0 customer service skills. I showed up for my 9:00am appointment to a locked building and no one there. After calling, texting and waiting for 20 minutes I realized no one was showing up for my appointment. Great experience! Have tried all types of waxing services and this has been my favorite method and establishment so far. Definitely would recommend Kayla if you go to the Bel Terra location.
