I would’ve given 5 stars but I’m huge on customer service. However, I could not contact anyone online to express my concerns. I called in to schedule an appointment simply because it was slightly confusing that I saw eyebrows tinting but no arching. The younger lady o er the phone explained that they do in fact clean up brows (I guess not a complete arch). I asked if O could schedule over the phone instead.
