I own a small business as a wedding planner and I had the pleasure of working with Sugarfire at a wedding at Majorette this weekend. I was blown away by the food, the presentation of both the food and staff, and most importantly the attitude of the entire team. Could it be any better?! They always up their game with best brisket anywhere and wonderful creations like Carolina On My Mind. Sides you wouldn't expect in an ordinary BBQ joint like Grit Cakes, panzanella, brisket chili or brisket stroganoff are out of this world. The atmosphere is fun and kitschy and well worth the wait. And don't forget to try out the Sugar Pie and Mississippi Mud pie there or the next door Pie Shop. To. Die. For. You won't be sorry!
Great pulled pork & chocolate/peanut butter shake!
We really like Sugarfire, but tonight was terrible! Our pulled pork sandwich was mostly burned and fat. If we hadn't had it good other times, I'd never go back. The downtown location has never been as good as the other locations, but tonight was just a huge disappointment and waste of money!
I love how everyday they try new thing. Sometimes the specials are not my tastep but other might like it. Then others days they hit it out of the park and then some. Even if the specials are not good that day all the food is good
Eat at Sugarfire is um um good. It's yummy in your tummy. Go Cards.
Love the Valley Park location! My husband is from Mississippi and he thinks Sugarfire is better than Memphis bbq. I agree! I am not one to normally crave bbq but I always crave Sugarfire!!! Super friendly staff and all around great experience every time we go!
