Sugar fire is absolutely fantastic. My four year old even loves the turkey sandwiches. If you haven't had the Big Muddy, you need to try it. It will change your life it is so good. If they have the turkey tetrazzini get that too. Normally you don't need a side with the Muddy, but I always get one bc they have so many options. Another facet that is important is that the staff is always friendly and fun to interact with. You don't see that too much anymore. tl;dr - get big Muddy, get sides, prepare for life to be different
A first-time event for me at Sugarfire Smoke House with my son, his wife and my two precious grandsons. A very short wait, friendly excellent service, food was wonderful. 2-year old John loved it too! He loved the sides too - he had mac and cheese and the wonderful fries! My son had the brisket and my daughter-in-law and I each had the pulled pork! Loved the sauce choices too and can't say which was the favorite! Will return for sure - food was wonderful!!
Couple of days ago we had their SALMON CLUB Sandwiches for lunch. OMG they were good. Next time I see them on the menu, we're getting them 8)

I'm from TX and love brisket. I normally don't order it when I travel north of OK but I'm glad I did here. Great brisket. If you like brisket, go here. If you don't like brisket, go here...it will change your mind.
