Amazing restaurant! The service was excellent and the food was out of this world good! Our server Raphael was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is a top notch server and made us feel right at home. I split the long bone 18oz ribeye sliced with my girlfriend, per Raphael's suggestion. Jackie (our server) was absolutely amazing! Her and and her fiancé were awesome and inspiring people and we enjoyed meeting them. The food was fantastic, in my opinion. I knew the place was pricey because I googled it prior to going. The atmosphere is cool, the patio is great, and the food was delicious. I absolutely recommend ordering their namesake, the sugar bacon. It is an appetizer and it was so dope. My wife had a drink called a Country Grammar and yeah, I recommend that as well. Awful experience. Over cooked and incorrectly prepared filet served as shoe leather. It's just not that hard; can't blame it on restaurant week!!!
Service was good, wine selection limited, short ribs were ok but not up to standard.. my wife had the grits and shrimp and thought it wa the best she ever had..
Went here on a slow Monday night and had the old fashioned, the Tenderloin with parm spinach and Mac and cheese with bread pudding for dessert. The old fashioned, really made well, very well balanced. The entree: while I wasn’t the biggest fan of the spinach the steak was cooked perfectly to order and I loved the Mac and cheese. Was pretty pricey but when you’re going off menu it’s expected, would definitely go back.
Restored gas station / garage near the square in McKinney. Good cocktails and atmosphere. The side dishes!
