I have been coming to Sugar Shack for over two years. Sarah has been doing my extensions for almost two years. It doesn’t matter what I want, she always does it better than I imagined. We get to play around with colors in the shade ranges that fit me best, and she’s been able to give me my pop of color while still having the length I want. Came in with a reference picture for vivid color and didn't get what I wanted. I spent 7 hours there getting bleached and dyed and was disappointed when I left. My hair was washed 4 times and each time my shirt got soaked. They didn't protect any of my skin from the dye or the bleach, the shirt I wore is now bleached stained. They didn't do a good rinse of the color, leading to stains all over my skin that after a few weeks I'm still scrubbing off. They aren’t good at what they do, don’t give you what you ask for and they don’t honor their we fix hair policy they say they have. Definitely don’t recommend.
