Very welcoming environment and individuals! My amazing stylist, DJ, was very knowledgeable and loved the easy flow of our conversations as she did her magic. She went above my expectations and I immediately fell in love with my new hair color and style. I can't wait to see DJ again and will definitely encourage my loved ones to come experience Sugar Shack for themselves.

I had my free consultation and test strand appointment with Amber, and she was very informative and transparent about the process of going from black to blonde safely over multiple sessions. She explained the different toner options after bleaching and reassured me that my hair would still look blended and presentable throughout the process. Very friendly staff and awesome salon. The interior designs of the salon is so unique and beautiful. Sarah gave me a relaxing shampoo first and my haircut. I am definitely returning for my next hair appointment.

I tried their full grooming package before an important event, and the entire process was handled very smoothly. Haircut, facial, and styling were done step by step without confusion or unnecessary waiting. Each step was briefly explained, which made everything easier to follow. I also liked that they asked for feedback during different stages instead of waiting until the end. The final look was neat, natural, and well-suited for the occasion without being overly styled.
