Sugaring made a great first impression on me! The shop is lovely and Talya was very friendly and knowledgeable. The Portlander hurt in places, but it being my first time I expected that, and the pain was overall very manageable. I'm very happy with my results and grateful that Talya took the time to talk with me and distract me from some of the scary parts. I'll definitely be a returning customer.
I felt very welcome and comfortable by both Jenna and the owner. It was my first experience with anything resembling waxing and I couldn't be happier! Will definitely be back.
Best waxing experience EVER! Super relaxed environment and Courtney does an excellent job making sure you are comfy, no matter the area you are getting waxed! My brows needed some much needed TLC and grow out before my wedding and Courtney helped me every step of the way. I even branched out and got my underarms and a Portlander right before my wedding, best idea ever! Who on earth WOUDN'T do sugaring?! My mind is BLOWN. I was a newbie - blind to the wonderful world of sugar and lemon. Greer (the blonde one) showed me how comfortable I could be, and how kind and nurturing sugaristas are, all while simultaneously making me feel like the funniest person in the room! I feel like a new lady. Seriously never doing the alternatives ever again.
I had an awesome experience here yesterday. First time sugaring, first time ever with hair removal. Greer Z. was very welcoming and so sweet! The shop is super cute and I love the location. I'll be back! #theportlander
