Dr. Herpin is Great I have been seeing Dr. Herpin since she joined the practice, taking over Dr. Olney's patients (she now owns the practice). Both my sister and I make the 50 mile trek from Spring to Sugar Land just to see Dr. Herpin; she's that good. She tells it like it is, certainly not one to mince words, but I feel that's a valuable trait in a physician. Amazing Dr Herpen is amazing. We have been seeing her since she arrived in SL a few years ago and neither my family nor I have ever had to wait. She knows we have a high deductible ins so works with us and gives us options. She makes a point to know her patients like a family Dr should.
No respect for others I do think that after watching others (on a very long 2.5 hour wait) that other insurance carriers and possibly a concierge service prevails here. I was very dissapointed with the lack of respect they have for my time.
Dr Anne-Marie Herpin is the best I was very lucky to get my family in with Dr Anne-marie Herpin.She reminds me of an angel.She is so warm & loving.My family is not just a number with her & she has such a genuine concern for all of our welfare.She is just the best!!Terri is also just one of the nicest nurses.And Louise who is the office manager also just so sweet.The lady who generally draws the blood is the only person I have met in this world that can find my veins first time.This whole place is just completely different to... read more
the doctor is IN ! My family and I have been patients at Sugar Land Family Practice since 1994. Dr. Morrow was our first primary doctor; then Dr. Kirk Lee before he went into a concierge service. I NEVER thought we would find a great personal physician again and yet paying for a concierge service was wasteful when there are so many in the world that are needy....we would rather donate that money to the food bank. Dr. Sustache Is Wonderful! Dr. Gilberto Sustache is as wonderful a doctor as any I have visited in my lifetime. He is patient, kind, God-fearing, and is a no-nonsense type person. I started visiting his office a while ago and I honestly think he saved my life! I am a diabetic with hypertension, and on top of it, have chronic back problems that I have been dealing with since surgery in 1991. Love this office and my doctor! My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Perry Little for almost 10 years and love him! Not only is he a wonderful Doctor but he is a wonderful man. We recommend Dr. Little to everyone we know needs a GREAT physician. Also, the entire office is fabulous...professional, quick and friendly!
Rip off artists I took my wife to this office to see Anne M. Ponce de Leon, M.D. and she was very nice and a good Doctor we had no insurance so they gave us a break on price. I paid them $120.00 for her visit and labs and now they are trying to bill me for the labs again!! ??It is a shame that she is part of this practice other wise I would take my family to her? Jessica My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Sustache for several years. My 60+ year old husband is a heart patient and Type 2 diabetic, I have been an insulin dependant diabetic for 32 years [notice I refuse to tell my age :) ].
