I felt that the guy was not really knowledgeable and he did not follow through as promised. Two weeks later I got a call from someone in the office saying the guy did not enter any notes into the system because he had a death in the family. I ended up having to call my home builder and am still dealing with not knowing where the moisture is coming from.
