As always, the customer service provided is phenomenal. From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome. I have been a patient here for years and continue to be amazed at the personal attention I receive with each visit.
Dana Weaver, our dental hygienist, takes such excellent care of our family. We are trying to get our toddler ready for regular exams and when he gets to sit in the chair like his older sisters he gets very excited. I anticipate that he will love coming to the dentist regularly just like the rest of his family!!

I have known Dr James E Carter IV for almost two decades, so to experience the staff he has on board now is quite the pleasure! Always smiling, courteous and professional- you couldn't ask for anything else in a dentistry practice! I highly recommend his choice of dentists- Dr Dillon was excellent coming in on Wednesdays, Dr Sterling is too precious and Edvina as well! Most satisfied patient at Sugar Hill Dentistry II!
