Sugar Hill Dentistry is great. Everyone there is wonderful to work with.
Dr. jim Finot was very thorough and professional and explained the problem I was having in layman's terms!.....
So far so good! Everyone is courteous and friendly. I had a slight discrepancy with my bill and they were very quick to resolve it! It was nice to have the issue resolved. They also worked with me as far as reasonable payment arrangements. I look forward to receiving treatment from this facility. Keep up the great job!

I recently had a cavity. :( But the procedure to get it filled was quick and I was in and out in less than an hour. The Dr. and hygienist had me belly laughing during my appointment. It was a great start to the morning.

Everyone there is so sweet. Carla did an awesome job with my teeth cleaning. So glad I found them!!!
Carla gave me the best cleaning I have ever had. (I'm 67)I was very pleased with Dr. Richard's chair-side manner.However, as there are multiple pitfalls in getting there efficiently, the person who made the appointment for me could given me specific directions and told me to come to the back of the building. That would have save me a lot of frustration.
Hope and Dr. Richardson are the ultimate in professionalism and treating the patient like royalty.
