So far I love it.
We absolutely love it here! It's so quiet and the homes are spacious. It doesn't feel like an "apartment complex"! It feels more like a neighborhood and we feel like we're home! Even our nervous little cat is more at ease!
Love Sugar Hill Great City. I saw the town homes They're beautiful .
I have made multiple complaints about the dog feces around the area. I was told all green area can be used for dog walking which practically includes your units back yards. There are 2 dog walking areas that I rarely see used by any tenants. Front office doesn't care about its current tenants, only about filling homes.
This is another top community that we are considering for our ATL MSA move-in. Pictures look great and can't wait to visit in-person this weekend!
