I would go here again and again! The cupcakes taste amazing & such Excellent Customer service! For a more detailed answer, I had to get cupcakes for my daughter's birthday a few days ago. It was last minute so I called to see if they had the amount of cupcakes I needed. They picked up the phone immediately and advised they did and invited me to come by the shop...and I'm so happy I did. I wanted to go to a local shop vs a grocery store chain. I can tell these cupcakes are filled with love! I can't wait to go back!
Went this morning ready to place an order for a birthday cake. Was told to put the order through email. Not a problem with that. Understandable. I show the guy “helping” me and showed him a couple of photos of what need. Right away he said, “That’s gonna be expensive”, as if i cant afford it. I went in ready to order. I had a frustrating experience trying to place an order for a dark chocolate cake. When I called, I was immediately told that they don’t take orders over the phone, which already felt inconvenient. I then asked a simple question about whether they offer dark chocolate cake. EDIT: Besides just this public response, the owner/baker emailed me with the same energy, genuinely apologetic and sweet. I did receive my refund. I am not upset anymore, but I will still leave this review up as proof that they have stellar customer service. So, I'm going to start with the positives first. The positives: the cake tasted really good and the cake itself was tender and moist. Frosting was a bit too sweet, but that's to be expected with American buttercream. No docked points for that. Seriously the most amazing cake I’ve ever had in my life! Krista makes ours gluten free and at every event people text/call us afterward begging for the number of the bakery we got our cake from. I dream of these cakes!!! She’s the sweetest woman in the world and makes the most beautiful cakes. You will not be disappointed with anything from this bakery!!
