I was having a busy day, called a couple hours ahead to reschedule my appt for a later time. They told me I would forfeit my Groupon. I understand scheduling for staff, but the place was less that 2 customers the whole time I was in their. I made my appointment time, and unfortunately it was not what I expected. Love this salon. My boyfriend and I got a mani pedi and it was very relaxing. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about products and after care (dry skin care) we will definitely return!
I purchased a Groupon No chip n Spa Pedi. When I got there I didn't see a spa pedi machine. I saw a chair n place where they put the tub to soak your feet :( It was ok service one of the girl's was funny n easy going. I guess my expectations were high. I don't plan on returning. The atmosphere was nothing special.
Best salon Ive ever been too! Everything was great! Staff is super kind and the stylist are all knowledgeable. My hair was always in tip top shape when I went there! I wish I was still in Chicago to be able to go back! I miss it!
