Well, I didn't have any complaints about the food or the service, I'm still trying to figure out why the food was so expensive? This wasn't just for any particular section of the menu. It was EVERY SINGLE ITEM. More realistic prices would be greatly appreciated.
I worked with Bria from Sugar Fixe and she was nothing short of amazing!!! She drove out to our caterer for our menu tasting so we were able to do both at once, which was awesome! Every single flavor of cake was simply scrumptious. She made my cake vision come to life! We emailed back and forth often to make sure we were on the same page, and she knew exactly what I wanted. Their customer service is the worst! I feel sad for such these places with a good coffee and amazing atmosphere but they lose their loyal customers because of their bad treatment!
