“The atmosphere was beautiful and the dessert was very good. However, the service was slow and the prices were quite high. To make matters worse, the waitress “ tye “mistakenly added two $19 drinks to my bill that I never ordered. Unfortunately, I only realized this after I got home, so I couldn’t have it corrected. Staff needs to be more attentive to avoid errors like this
We had a great experience at sugar factory for our son’s 13th Birthday. As soon as we walked in the manager Angelo was very sweet and professional. The food was great and our server Viviana took care of us. We will be back!
My experience at The Sugar Factory was amazing , Tyesha was very attentive and caring while celebrating my daughter’s 6th birthday. 5 STARS 🤩 across the board !! Truly a family fun environment with classy service !! Absolutely returning again 💖
The service was awesome, the food was fabulous and omg let me not get started the server Moctar was so amazing he made the experience more amazing and enjoyable. Would definitely come here again.
