Viviana our host was so friendly and amazing, very attentive and did her best to accompany every request. This was our first time coming to celebrate our daughter’s 5th bday. We absolutely loved it
We celebrated my nieces birthday and we had an amazing time ! The food was delicious & the milkshakes were delicious. Our server Viviana was very nice, made sure we were good at all times & just a great server over all.
Sheikh was an amazing waiter. He was very attentive!
We had such a fantastic time at Sugar Factory – Queens! The highlight for me was definitely the S’mores Brownie Insane Milkshake — it was absolutely massive, insanely delicious, and honestly impossible to finish without sharing. We passed it around the table and everyone loved it. The Rainbow Sliders were also really good and just as fun and colorful as they look.
