This place has gone completely downhill, it's so sad. It used to be our favorite place to visit when we came to Vegas and now when we came we were extremely disappointed. Not only did we not receive any food in a long-ass time of waiting and we were the only ones that the entire restaurant, but when the mac and cheese balls finally came out they were completely frozen. I would highly recommend against this restaurant. I have walked by it a number of times and never stopped until today because I figured I'd try it since I'm moving out of Las Vegas soon. On their website, they claim it's "America's favorite celebrity hotspot" which is beyond laughable -- I can't imagine any celebrity would come here. Firstly, the service was absolutely awful. Worst promotor for Banda Night no seats… lines take for ever to get a drink everyone has a long face on service taking for ever.. drinks 2 out 10
My daughter chose to celebrate her birthday here with a party of 12. Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. Our server had noticeably bad breath. We tried to order the steak bits, but they were unavailable, and the kona steak was also not an option. Instead, we ordered the parmesan chicken pasta, which was the worst dish I've ever had; the pasta tasted pre-packaged and was sour.
