We had reservations today at 5:00pm for a special occasion and the doors were locked!! No sign or anything! Great customer service!!!
Just walked out due to bad service. It’s Friday night, they close at 12am. They have like just three tables so not busy at all. No one even tried to seat us. Finally, I asked if we could be seated as an employee walked by. She acted annoyed and said ok I’ll seat you. We sat at the table for 10 min and no one came to take our order. Felt really bad for our server. First off, the a/c wasn't working well, and the front door staff kept propping the door open. Party of 7, restaurant maybe half full. Plenty of wait staff. We ordered fast, took about 25 minutes to get the first meal. I say the first because the other 7 came over the span of about 35 minutes. Our waitress went and checked on our last meal 4 times! Over priced for the quality we got. On top of that, they charged us a restaurant fee and THEN a large party fee!!???!! What a scam! And then there was a strand of blondish hair on the cup my drink came in, AND THEN, the bartender picks out a wedgie from her super short shorts!!?? Disgusting! We are never going back!! Wouldn’t be surprised if they closed down.
