Sugar Creek Convalescent & Nursing Center Convalescent & Nursing Center located in Greenfield. Good staff and doctors. Ran by a woman named Anita Wood. Building could use some updating. Food in cafeteria is not very good. Able to visit at anytime, no restrictions on visiting hours. Most of the staff is very nice. They hold special activities for Holidays. Also, church services on Sundays.
