Sugar creek is my ONLY and LAST apartment complex experience, I had lived there for 3 years before I decided enough was enough. Camilla is very unprofessional. It takes longer than a month to have a maintenance request done. (If they even show up) My air conditioner was leaking underneath my carpet which I couldn't see or realize, caused BLACK MOLD to start growing. I made a request to have this fixed, two gentlemen that work for maintenance came about three weeks later after the request was sent, to only wash out the vents ... read more
