Terrible customer service two days in row at the Airdrie location. Showed up to make a purchase yesterday and the shop is open but nobody comes to the front for 20mins. Told to return today and same problem. Can hear staff in the Office but won't answer the door or phone. I called out asking of someone can come out and the reply was "NO actually" ??? Finally someone peaks from behind the office door and says sorry I dont have anything for you ..come back next week

Sugar Betty is our holy grail in the shop! Connie makes the most beautiful and wonderful products, and never disappoints! Her deep sea salt soap is our #1 best seller, and smells SO amazing! Connie drives well over 45 minutes to drop our orders off, she is a breath of fresh air and we appreciate her beyond words. -GimmeSomeSugar Team

Disappointed that the salon I go to switched to Sugar Betty products. As someone who is allergic to fragrance, I can’t use these products - they are way too scented. Also contain unnecessary dyes. More about packaging hype than a quality product.
